Where do we ship to?
We currently cover Hong Kong and Singapore market.
How much does shipping cost?
1. Hong Kong
Free shipping on all small items under 5kg. HKD$50 for big items above 5kg, such as furniture. For far area like Tung Chung and Mawan, please contact us for more details, there's HKD$200 extra fee for delivery.
2. Singapore
SGD$20 for all small products under 5kg. SGD$80 Economy Shipping or SGD$120 Express Shipping for big items above 5kg, such as furniture.

5 business days in Hong Kong
5 business days for small items in Singapore.
5 business days for Express Shipping of big items in Singapore.
15 business days for Economy Shipping of big items in Singapore.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Why is my entire order not here?
Our products are shipped directly to you from our supplier. This unique business model allows us to save on storage and transportation costs, occasionally we will ship items out in multiple packages. If your order has not arrived altogether please allow 3-5 business days for the remaining items to arrive!
We ship through local postal services depending on the location.
Missing order
If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/stolen or lost claims.
We offer Route Package Protection as a cart add-on, if this has not been purchased we are not liable for your undelivered/stolen or lost claims.
